Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Item: If the product is received damaged.
  • Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered does not match your order.
  • Defective Product: If the product is found defective.
  • Item Not as Described: If the item significantly differs from its description.

Note: Returns are only accepted within 5 days from the date you receive the product. After 5 days, the return option will no longer be available.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Items without original packaging or labels.
Return Process
  • Submit your return request by clicking the ‘Return’ button in orders section.
  • Once the return request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • We will evaluate your request and notify you via email regarding its approval.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.
Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
